The Bonfire and Firework Display

5th November at Worden Park, Leyland

Leyland Round Table is undoubtedly known for its Bonfire & Firework Display at Worden Park on the 5th November.

The Bonfire and Firework Display now raises thousands of pounds, with all proceeds going back into the local community.  Each year we review the running and organisation of the Bonfire and Firework Display to ensure that not only is it one of the North West's Largest Bonfire's and Fireworks Display but also safe, enjoyable and family friendly.

The Furniture Scheme

When the Churches Together in Leyland were unable to continue with their current van due to its age and vandalism, Leyland Round Table stepped in to purchase a replacement vehicle. The Furniture Scheme is voluntary run and provides an invaluable service to those without furniture within the communities in and around Leyland, Chorley and Preston.

Santa's Sleigh

Each year at Christmas, Santa ask's Leyland Round Table to assist him around the Streets of Leyland so that he can familiarise himself before delivering all his presents on Christmas Night.

You can often hear him coming but then you need to be quick to catch him before he disappears! He seems to know most of the kids names around Leyland not to mention some of the bigger kids too!  Whilst we are collecting on the nights we hope that Santa and Leyland Round Table bring some festive cheer to Leyland.
