We join Leyland 41 Club for the warm welcome and brewery tour around Lancaster, The Brewery.
They take their tours personally and pride themselves in the fact that they will always have at least one of following on hand; the MD, Head Brewer or the National Sales Manager, mostly at least two of them, sometimes all of them are there. They even have their very own work experience trainee – Roger, who will hopefully graduate one day... just not this day!
The Evening Includes coach and tastings of all their beers and a cold buffet!

They want to meet us as much as we want to meet them! What better way to do this than over a few beers in a brewery. The small charge covers the costs as well as the duty (that we still have to pay even though technically beer consumed should be thought of as ‘samples’) as well as local cheese and cold meats to keep everyone going.

Their brewery tour always proves to be an enjoyable and memorable occasion.
The evening starts at 7.00pm with the coach leaving Wellington Park and the tour lasts until about 10.30pm. It includes several short talks on Lancaster Brewery whilst on a guided tour of the brewery chambers with return visits to the fully licensed internal Pub “the Heartwick Grippenhearl Arms.” During the tour, they give a history of the brewery, an explanation of the raw ingredients, the brewing process, their products and generous tastings of their beers.
It is essential that you book in with the organiser for this one. The coach is on a first book first seated basis!
